Rasmussen has a great reputation but really shouldn't be included on the shop list on PB, it's a roadie shop. The couple times I went into the shop to look around there wasn't much at all for MTB gear. That's understandable, this is Iowa after all. It's their shop labor rates that earn them a two star rating though. If you tried to do a repair yourself and found out you couldn't finish the project Rasmussen jacks up the rate to high above what their already high rates are. Since I found that out I've never been back. It's too bad that this is the case, the staff there seemed great and their shop area was spectacular.
