Only true MTB shop in Portland. Can be hit or miss when it comes to technical knowledge and have made mistakes with service/repairs. They're very friendly and do try to be helpful. Good with ordering parts, especially ones from manufacturers they don't carry.
I've been joining them on their Monday group mtb rides for the past year, so I'm a bit biased about this shop. They're fantastic people who don't beat you over the head with crafty sales techniques and pitches. It's a pretty laid back atmosphere once you're there and they're just bluntly honest with their feedback. If you can handle being spoken to like a human being and not being hounded to make a sale, this is your shop.
This shop is a gem! Really mountain oriented. The folks there are honest and knowledgeable. Cool brands and great service. Worth a stop.
