Midcoast Trails Stewardship (MTS) was established in 2024 to help support the local community of outdoor trail user, builder, and maintainer organizations as a resource for fundraising, trail construction and maintenance expertise, and trail stewardship education. MTS has a particular interest in creating new opportunities for trails enthusiasts in our area. MTS's goal is to bring together private donors, outdoor industry resources, local partners and highly motivated and experienced trail staff to maintain and improve existing trail infrastructure, while supporting the missions and goals of like-minded regional organizations.
