Consistently ripping me off. Went in to buy tire levers, guy working the till didn't know how much they were so he charged me $5. Go back there a week later to buy a patch kit for $3.99, and it came with tire levers. Whelp. When I got home I opened the patch kit, which advertised 7 patches on the box, but came with only 3.
Some of the workers like to think they are funny, but their humour does not relay well to me. Walked in asking for a 26x2.5 tube, and was told that "Wal-Mart bikes don't come in 2.5. Are you sure that' the size you need". Overall a bad experience.

Would love to support a local bike shop that's less then 5 minutes away from my house but like Kaz, I haven't had much luck. I have had one good experience where they were helpful and polite but 1/10 times doesn't do it for me.
As a local who comes in a lot, they have been very helpful and given me great deals at times. Solid bike shop but a bit pricey.
