Established in 1998 as the Burrup Mountain Bike Club, we are a volunteer-run mountain bike club based in Karratha, Western Australia. We maintain mountain bike trails in and around Karratha and host an annual calendar of racing, social rides, and club activities. We are known as the home of day/night mountain biking in Western Australia, a format developed to suit local conditions in the Pilbara. We also acknowledge the Ngarluma people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we ride.

Ride Area
Our riding is centred on the Karratha MTB Trail Network in the hills surrounding Karratha in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. We maintain trails β€œin and around Karratha,” with a network that includes mapped singletrack across the rugged Pilbara landscape.

Membership & Access
Our trail network is publicly accessible for general recreational riding, and club membership is not required to ride the trails. Membership supports trail maintenance, club operations, racing, and organised activities. Club races, events, and some organised rides may require registration or membership, with current information published through our official club channels.
