Montour Area Recreation Commission (MARC) is the recreation authority serving Montour County and the Danville area of central Pennsylvania. MARC develops, manages, and promotes parks, trails, and outdoor recreation opportunities that enhance the quality of life for residents and visitors alike.
Working with local partners, volunteers, and professional trail builders, MARC oversees the planning, development, and stewardship of the county's mountain bike trail network, including the Hopewell Park / Danville Borough Farm Trail System. In addition to trail management, MARC supports conservation, outdoor education, community recreation programs, and volunteer trail maintenance to ensure sustainable, high-quality outdoor experiences for all users.
