TIMBER (Thetford Improved Mountain Biking EnviRonment) is a volunteer-led mountain bike trail association dedicated to supporting, maintaining, and developing mountain biking opportunities within Thetford Forest in Norfolk and Suffolk, England. Working in partnership with Forestry England, TIMBER helps ensure that the forest's purpose-built mountain bike trails remain enjoyable, sustainable, and accessible for riders of all abilities.

Formed by local riders, TIMBER represents the interests of the mountain biking community while promoting responsible trail use and environmental stewardship. The organization coordinates volunteer trail maintenance days, assists with the planning and construction of new trail features and improvements, and works closely with Forestry England to help manage the trail network at High Lodge and surrounding areas. Through this collaborative approach, TIMBER contributes thousands of volunteer hours toward maintaining one of England's best-known trail centres.

In addition to trail stewardship, TIMBER supports the local riding community through events, skills activities, group rides, and regular communication on trail conditions, closures, and volunteer opportunities. The organization welcomes riders of all ages and experience levels who want to help improve and protect mountain biking in Thetford Forest.
