The serivce in this shop is absolutely terrible! (this happened in there Burlington shop) I witness how they actually treat there customers and I was shocked! They fit the wrong fork onto a customers 27.5+ Plus tire bike and the fork was not meant for a Plus tire size. So the tire was rubbing on the fork brace. And the shop is the one who ordered the fork for the bike. I was hiding in the back so I could hear there conversion. The shop owner would not apologize to the custsomer. It was like a pride thing. I talked to the bike owner afterward in the parking lot. And he was as shocked as I was. He left his bike there and asked the shop to order a new Fox fork for the bike. The shop ordered the wrong fork, never checked it when the fork arrived. And still mounted it. There was absolutely no clearance between the tire and the fork brace. I even took a picture of it myself. Theres even a warning label next to where the tire makes contact with the fork saying NOT TO RIDE IF TIRE IS CLOSER THAN 8mm! This is unacceptable. We pay a ton of money for these bikes. And we try to do our part and support local bike shops. But this is NOT what people should get in return. Wheel Works must just deal with simple city bikes and "roadies". MTB bikes standards are forever changing. If you can't keep up with it, you don't have to take it out on the customers when YOU clearly messed up. Just awful........
People, beware of Wheel Works service.

Great shop. Excellent service and they do a very good job rebuilding suspension. Awesome selection of bikes too!
