I've been riding a Trek Remedy for years, which I love. My ceiling collapsed on my bike in a flood and my insurance reimbursed me for it. I walked into that shop with $2500 in hand asking about something comparable, preferably a specialized enduro. They basically laughed at me and told me I that no one would ever need more than 3" of travel and tried to sell me an Epic they had in stock that they wanted to move. It was the exact opposite of what I wanted and made no effort to find anything close to what I wanted. When I let them know that I was not retarded, had been riding for about a decade, and knew what I wanted, they basically talked me out of buying a bike at all. The salesman in charge of road bikes is actually really nice and knowledgable, so I feel bad trashing the whole shop. However, the salesman in charge of mountain bikes and the mechanic were incredibly condescening and smug.
I've also been there multiple times for supplies and parts that are pretty standard and they never seem to have anything that I need in stock and are never helpful at helping me find it. There are at least 3 other shops withing a 5 mile radius, all of which are far more helpful and well stocked.

These guys are great. Normally I take care of my bikes, but when I need a hand, I’ve gotten the best customer service and advise. Thanks!
