We spent a fair amount of money on a bike tune up and the bike is now WORSE off than it was before the tune up. The chain now falls off the gears on a regular basis. The level of incompetence that these people show is unbelievable.
When we called to ask for help, they indicated that they are extremely busy and were not sure they could fit us in to fix it. Of course, even if they could schedule us for an appointment this assumes they are capable of fixing it.
We should have gone to Great Basin, I guess.
