Meh, more interested in making a sale than helping out with bike love. They are very aggressive salespeople, and if you don't look the part they often snub customers. My friend went to buy an ibis from them, asked to see one of the models they had in a rack and it was like pulling teeth to get them to pay attention and take the bike down so he could inspect it. He went somewhere else to buy his at the end of that visit. Probably paid more at the other place too. They have great stuff there though, and its a nice looking shop.
