One of my favourite stores when I need something fixed Fabian is right there with a spectacular turn around time and at a fair price.
Has never not answered a question fairly or honestly to the best of his ability, or tried to hard sell me, something I cannot say about two other nearby shops, to which I cannot tip my cap to.

Cannot go wrong, one of the best bike shops I know. As far as service and quality goes, it's impeccable. Definitely a high recommendation and the guy running the store definitely knows what he's talking about which results in outstanding customer satisfaction. Definitely recommend!

I pretty much echo what the other reviewers say in regards to honesty and customer service.
I do 90% of my own work on my bikes and there have more than enough times where I've needed just one of those small, hard to get parts that most other local bike shops can only get in two weeks. Kenetik will have on hand, for a fair price. His vast knowledge, down to earth approach and easy going attitude is what keeps me coming back. Absolute pleasure to deal with.
And he can build wheels like nobody's business, solid wheel builder!!

I did not have any expectations from this store but I was really surprised! This bikeshop is awesome!! I was greeted warmly by the staff with wide open doors. After all the greetings I went inside and was just wowed how well stocked this shop is. I would say that the mainstream for this shop is mountain bikes with a little bit of everything in any genre of biking. The space was just enough for you to look around, the good thing about this shop are the brands they carry which most mountain bikers look for. All the items is up to date to the current trend in the mountain biking scene, all items are competitively priced too! . If you are into mountain bikes you should definitely check this shop. If you are from metro Vancouver it will be a bit of a drive, but I think it is worth it. The only thing that is lacking from this shop is a dedicated online store since most riders out there are always on the hunt online for gear and parts. Though I have seen some ads on craigslist and a website to showcase what they are all about, I would say they should start developing their webstore . Overall one of best local store in the lower mainland. I wish them all the best

Fabian runs one of the best bike shops in the Lower Mainland. Honest service and advice. Great turn-around times for service. And he stocks excellent products - if it doesn't work well Fabian won't sell it. Also has huge depth of knowledge on the bike market/products. Plus, he is located near major bike routes - which fills a major void in Coquitlam.

A nice shop with a great selection of parts and gear at a reasonable price. Definitely a shop I will return to and recommend to others.
