 I love this place. One of my two go to bike shops. In terms of inventory they have a great selection of bikes, helmets, and tires. Probably the best selection of components in ABQ. But what really makes them shine is their customer service. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. They do their best to match you up with what you need rather than sell you the most expensive thing. They also seem to be willing to deal.

 This bike shop probably has the most knowledgeable staff in town. However, their communication is horrendous. Literally every time I've brought my bike there for service (5-10 times) they've forgotten to order something, or they forgot what they were supposed to do, or the person I needed to talk to wasn't there... you name it. They overcharged me a few times, and I caught it. They also try to upsell you hardcore. One guy tried to talk me into buying a $170 ceramic bottom bracket for my mtn bike. Another guy told me I need a new X01 cassette, and I "might as well ride this one into the ground." I changed the chain and chainring and it works flawlessly...

Go to them for advice, but not for service; that's what I recommend.

 Great shop to deal with. Knowledgeable staff, great prices and fun to catch a weekend ride with. One of the best shops in Albuquerque, hands down !
