They are real riders with the experience to guide you through the process of buying the best bikes and equipment to suit your needs and the service is unrivaled. They do fantastic work on all kinds of bikes and even do mtb suspension overhauls in the shop. I live in NYC and they are my LBS. What more can I say....5 stars.
