Awesome shop and tones of bikes in stock.

I have been making the commute from the deep south for years. Kurt is an awesome guy and their staff are great.

The parts counter guys know their stuff

Too bad we they keep loosing so many good employees to Vancouver/ Whistler....

Busy shop. Tech and parts guys are good but sales seems to have quite a bit of turn-over so it's tough to build a relationship with anyone out on the floor and since that's the way that I do my business it's frustrating.

Great selection and thats why people go here. Got tons of bikes from your commuter to top level DH. They don't have great customer service but nothing beats the amount of bikes and selection.

This place is bigger than the internet it seems. This place can get pretty busy on the weekends. Once someone is able to help you out they do a great job taking care and listening to you. Staff are friendly people and know their stuff, or know where to get you answers.

These guys have been spot on excellent each time I go in. Service has been great and communication from the techs is perfect!
Sales staff have been so great I've actually asked if they have some kind of personality screening to go through before hitting the floor.

High volume shop, be prepared to wait. Lots of selection but don't expect to treated special regardless of how often you come in or how much you spend. Has become a shop for grey haired roadies and townie-cruiser seeking couples...IMHO

Despite their size, Bow Cycle still maintains some great small shop qualities.
The guys at the parts desk really know there stuff and, 9 times out of 10, will have what you need on hand.
