for a scheduled bike fitting.
Went there because my 80 member tri team spends lots of money
at the store.
Chuck was supposed to do the fitting.
This man didn't seem sure why I was there but then went on
to look at me and the bike with what I can only describe as
disdain then announced that he could not fit me to the bike
because it was too big.
The bike I have ridden comfortably for 8 years and only recently
began experiencing neck and shoulder pain on long rides.
His attitude was rude and condescending.
I will relay this to my 80 member team and anyone else I can tell.
