If you are new to the area and ask what bike shops to check out, you'll very rarely hear "Taylor's" as one of them. Yes they sell Giant, which is an amazing brand, but their staff is somewhat less amazing. They just don't know bikes. The best comparison I have is walking into a Zumiez and asking what the waterproofing level is on a snowboard jacket is and having the 16 year old girl respond, "It's really warm." I would use them as a last resort and then double check your bike to make sure it is safe to ride.
I haven't purchased a bike from them, but I've been in to buy other various items. Recently I had them pack and ship a bike for me. When the guy go the bike he was very impressed with how well it packed. They are nice guys and will help you out with whatever you need.
