Trek Bicycle Superstore (kearny Mesa) directory

 This is a really really great shop. The hospitality is great and they have a nice little lounge area at the front with magazines and drinks and some candy. The staff is really nice too. I talked to the sales staff that gladly walked me around and showed me the bikes that are on display even though I was clear that I am not buying any new bikes, just looking when my wheel gets trued up. The turn around time is great in my experience (they promise 24 hour service or they would provide you with a loaner) while I can not speak for the quality of the loaner, I can say they were very professional with truing my wheel. They are also very knowledgeable as well. They don't sound dismissive or out of touch when we talked about how my tension number is so high and I ended up learning a lot at the shop about how their tensioner works differently than mine. Overall they are very professional and better yet they seemed stoked to talk to me like this is more than just a job. I think this is a top-tier shop for sure although the selection of bikes is lacking a bit. I am not a big fan of TREK so it does bum me out a little bit to see this is a trek exclusive store, I always love to see a store selling multiple brands but I understand this is probably not in their future, which is just fine. 10/10 would visit again for serice
