Terrible customer service. They ship incomplete orders without contacting the customer then make you pay to resend back the continents. What am I supposed to do with 5 rotor bolts or 16 spokes? Two orders in a row they have cost me money returning unusable products. Shop at Jenson's if you actually want to get what you add to your cart and pay for.
Great pricing for the most part, but terrible customer service. Their phone number led me to a looped recording and didn't even give the option to speak to anyone - after a few minutes of their recorded message it need with "good bye" and hung up!
I placed an order; the auto-fill feature on my phone populated the wrong, outdated info. They cancelled my order; 3 days later someone emailed me at 10pm MST asking if I wanted to provide a different card number. Did that and they re-submitted the order, but by now I missed out on two of the items I ordered (they sold out). But they still charged my card and I have yet to hear back from them or get any status at all.
Don't be in business if you aren't there to support those who are keeping you running.
