When traveling to SoCal recently I looked up TWOP for a rental and trail info. Unbelievable service! They were the friendliest and most helpful bike shop staff I have ever encountered. Working in a shop myself, I am rethinking my own practices in customer service after visiting this shop. Will and Dave set the bar high. Thanks guys!
