Great local shop. Knowledgeable and friendly staff... Only problem is during the peak season they simply do not have enough staff. Most shops in the area will be able to simply do a 15 minute repair job on the spot or later the same day. I have had to wait a week for something simple like getting a wheel trued. If you are looking to buy one of their brands, I would recommend them, they are a good shop.
easy now. They have plenty of staff for the amount of room they have there. They're just extremely busy. They have an excellent reputation and people are willing to book weeks in advance to get good service. Can't expect instant service in peak season anywhere.

Great shop! knowledgeable staff and very friendly. Again they are very busy during the peak season ...but you can occasionally sneak you bike in and get a repair before your next ride. Other that that its a fantastic shop and I always do my business with them.
Craig, Craig and Chip have done an amazing job of getting Comox Bike Company out and supporting the community. They have been able to help me out on short notice, if I have called ahead with a problem. The shop is very knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to get you out on a demo to try a new ride. Keep it up guys!
