 This is going to sound a bit ridiculous, but I am writing this because the guy who owns the bike shop let's his dog run around the neighborhood, off leash, and it has attacked my dog, and drawn blood, several times. When I have reported him to animal control, they go to his house, and he claims it is a different dog that was reported, ie, not his. This guy doesn't seem to give a damn that he upsets his neighbors, that he's breaking the law, or that his dog attacks other dogs - several of the other dog-owning neighbors have had the same experience with him. Animal Control can't do anything about it. So I decided to make it known to anyone who reads this, in the hope you will sympathize, and that you'll take your business elsewhere until he starts acting like a good neighbor. His Bike shop may or may not be a good one, but the owner is a menace to society as far as I am concerned.

 This is my favorite shop in Seattle right now. I bought my Timberjack here. The service was excellent. The staff are all friendly. They can get almost anything you need from pedals to jerseys to whatever. They have super friendly service over email too and its easy to order from the site and pick up in the store. Also I ask them really dumb questions and they patiently answer. They even reached out to Salsa on my behalf before.

I'd give a 5 star review but I'm taking a star off since their computer system must be a little wonky. I made one online order for pickup in the store and when some of the order came in I picked it up, then came back the next week for the rest but things weren't right in the system which made it take longer and there was a lot of confusion. They thought that some items I had already previously picked up should be there.

 Best shop in Seattle...great mtb service with a quick turnaround and deep knowledge.

 Service quality seems fine. They do overcharge. For that reason, they are no longer my main bike shop.
