jack the lads that will tell an old man who knows nothing about bikes he needs a whole running gear change instead of a new chain link, they have tried to bully other bike shop owners in the past with threats more than once on different places and people, regarding the prices they sell thier stock for and what stock they can and cannot sell, this is all 100% fact other than that theyll probably fix your bike for you.
Helpful guys, they'll give you their view on what's what. Their product range is quite poor to be honest, if you want complete bikes and drive train then they're perfect
component selection is poor, Staff were pleasant but found the owner obnoxious and obstructive, Also found that my bike was stored in a damp/ flooded, moldy basement.
