very nice bike shop; almost instant communication and super service. Only downside, they do not always have the best price, like for like, bike discount beats them 95% of the time. On the other hand, if they have leeway, they give you the cheapest price you find on the net [provenly].
I have a very bad experience with Bike-components.
I have ordered a $1400 pair of carbon wheels "in stock" very beginning of May. First package lost, they waited a month to send a replacement basically to wait that the lost parcel was found again and came back to them. I had to let a first bad review on TrustPilot to have somebody answering me properly to my emails. After that I then received only one wheel. After two months I finally got the second wheel. It was supposed to come with a tubeless kit, the kit was open and the valve was missing. I have been told that they don't check that the kit is complete before sending the parcels (reassuring for such a pricey item...)
They then sent me a pair of valves it took another week, it was the wrong model which didn't fit. Another week after I got this time the right valve.
I have been offered a 30€ voucher for the disturbance but I never received it in the end.
So in total it took almost 3 months and like 20 emails to get what I paid for and I have never received the promised voucher so I cannot recommend them at all.
