They'll sell you new stuff at reasonable prices, they have essentials and more in stock, they order what you need in a day or two, and if you need an old part they happen to have kicking around, they often just give it to you. You can save a few bucks on Amazon or ChainReaction etc., but if you need something now, or just need advice or service, this is the place to go. It's worth keeping them in business!
