I bought a brand new bike and had it shipped to me and it was damaged when it arrived. Bicyclettes Tranquille blamed the shipping company, while the shipping company blamed Bicyclettes Tranquille. So what did Bicyclettes Tranquille do? Nothing, leaving me with a damaged bike. They have great prices but zero customer service it seems. I would suggest not buying a bike and having it shipped from them as they don't take any responsibility for shipping damages.
