 Unfortunately this rating system doesn't allow me to give the shop a zero. Lied to me about tires that they agreed to mount on my new bike purchase. Told me the bike was "Race ready" when I picked it up. Not sure what there version of race ready is but it had no lubrication whatsoever. First ride, seat almost fell off, and a crank arm actually fell off the bike. When these concerns were addres, they avoided me like the plague and didn't even respond to me until I mentioned the Better Business Bureau, and online reviews. Maybe you need to spend over $5000 to get quality and truthful service, but in my books that isn't acceptable. Choose them if you wish, but be warned I neglected the negative reviews online and had to pay the price.

 Terrible shop for mountain bikers. I am new to Burlington and went there to "service" my Trek Fuel 9.8. As far as I can tell nothing was done to my bike during the service except changing the pressure of my rear shock (which I specifically asked for). While I was checking the pressure and riding around in the parking lot I noticed that the rear lockout was no longer working. When I asked the mechanic he mentioned that he had stripped the lockout during the service! They said they re-ordered the part and would call me when it arrived, never heard from them again. Service still cost an arm and a leg.

To sum it up: Bad service, bad workmanship, bad mountain biking knowledge.

Go to Bicycle Works in Waterdown if you want piece of mind and reasonable prices for service on a high end Bike. I made the switch to this shop and couldn't be happier.
