Sierra Cycles directory

 Standard tune up on a 6 month old bike with ~40 miles (50% roads/50% dirt) on it, and I was quoted $60 - $200. Seeing as to how I barely broke the bike in I was expecting a bill on the lower end of that, not $180 for brake pads and tire shine on my tires.

I now realize that Francisco the owner clearly takes advantage of the fact that he is located in Scarsdale, and profits off the chumps that come in daily not knowing what they are buying. I kept the floor to my rating at 3 stars because I'm sure his work skills are on point and for his size he carries a decent stock. That being said his business morals are severely lacking, and as a result he will never receive any additional business from me.

On a side note I have since gained a Park Tools Mechanics Cert. and have completely tore my bike down, cleaned, lubed, tuned, and rode it out in ~2 hrs. Something that would never be required on a new bike, and yet I was charged as so.
