Super friendly, professional staff. Ben in the service station is awesome. He got my drive-train dialed and running perfectly in less than ten minutes, and is really fair on rates. Andrew, which is the owner apparently, is a really cool guy as well. Very helpful, and loved talking bikes. One of the best shops I've been to, check them out if your in the Santa Cruz area.
