These guys are pretty good when it comes to servicing your bike. I had a disc brake problem and all that was required was a bleeding--they could've tried to sell me a whole braking system but they were honest.
Unfortunately, they still don't have the whole eCommerce thing down yet. I bought some levers from them and didn't receive an email or anything that the item was ready for pick up. I had to call them up to find out.
