This is my preferred Stratford shop to visit, never buy or bring bikes in to service. Unless it's a Raleigh or Supercycle. The animosity between local shops is sickening. If you bring in your nicer bikes expect bolts not to be torqued to proper specs and no attention to detail. I'll take my gamble and travel out of town to get my fancy wheels worked on...
