 Would give zero stars if it was an option. Serviced my Reverb Seatpost but serviced failed after 5 rides. They then refused to sort out failure for free under any kind of warranty. Required me to pay for a half price service which then failed again after a couple more rides. They have refused to offer any kind of refund at all and advised me to simply grease the seals..... Have now had the post serviced by a more reputable company and they found internal damage that required new parts. Terrible service both to my post and to me as a customer. I am now having to look at small claims to get a refund under breach of trading standards. They may seem cheaper than other service provides but thats for a reason. Please avoid and save yourself weeks of grief.
