They have a good selection, but over-priced on everything. Literally everything that I have seen in there has been marked up by 10% compared to every other bike shop.
As for the staff, either they are too high on their horse to bother to ask if you need help or know little to nothing at all.
Highly recommend going somewhere else.

I found them professional and helpful. Cory, Clark, Mia, and the rest were actually respectful and answered all my questions. I would go back in a heartbeat. They helped me decide on a road bike and I love it. A Trek Domane 5.9 with Dura ace weighing 15 pounds.
This used to be one of the best shops in Edmonton now it's just a Horrible shop !! Nothing ever in stock, barely anything selection in the parts department. I have tried to order parts for my bike 4 times and no one has ever called me back to say if they arrived or not. They really need to fire there entire staff and bring back the people that knew how to run the store like they did a couple of years ago. Sadly they lost my buisness.
They don't respond when u call them, or try an contact on pink bike,, if your in the edmonton area use red bike great shop nice ppl...
It's a great shop if you're buying something new. The individual employees are usually great people, but when it comes time to warranty something or you need something fixed that was their fault, BEWARE!
Speaking as a professional mechanic with over 15 years of experience, I have had multiple "incidents" with United in which they told me that defective products purchased from them failed due to "abuse/misuse" (which is frankly BS).
I was also recently about to purchase a new $2000 bike from their store which I noticed had a defective rear lockout switch. I was told by one of their "senior" mechanics that the shock was functioning perfectly as it was supposed to which I know from riding the exact shock is complete crap. The salesperson (who agreed with my assessment of the defective part) admitted to me he thought that was a crap, cop-out response and that essentially they can sell the bike to "someone who won't notice" and not have to bother with the hassle of fixing it.
Inexcusable!
Long story short...this is a shop owned by multi-millionaires that don't even ride and where management cares more about money than keeping riders out riding. Shop at Revolution instead.
