 Ahead of a trip to Whistler, my 10 year old Devinci needed a new shock as the old Manitou coil one was pretty much dead. Grant offered me great advice in terms of suitability of a new unit, taking into account my riding ability (or lack or if) and specifics of the bike's geometry and shock mounting, to determine what sort of shock (and setup) would work best. I was in a bit of a rush, but Grant delivered a fully serviced and refurbished Fox DHX Air 5 to Soho Bikes, who were servicing my bike, and within days of ordering, the bike was ready to go. After riding almost daily in Whistler for just over 3 weeks, the bike and shock performed impeccably, and I'll certainly be using Southcoast Suspension again in the future!  Superb service. Grant was really helpful when my rear shock went defective before a weekend ride. His advice got me going then the repair/service afterwards had it back better than new at a very competitive price.
Can't recommend him enough.

 Back in the game! Just took my long travel fork with no travel to Grant expecting just to hand it over and pick up in a couple of days. No sooner had it left my hands before he had the lowers off checking the innards. 20 mins later it was all back together and fully functioning! What an experience :-) Another happy customer who will be back no doubt.
