I've tried every the bike shop in Ottawa over the years, and this is definitely one of the best. Their selection of parts and tools is excellent but not overwhelming. The staff is friendly, not pushy, and really knowledgeable. They still know how to build wheels from scratch and do a great job of it! Their prices are quite reasonable, and when they give you an estimate for services they stick to it.
They genuinely care about your bike but that comes at a price, they are a little more expensive but well worth it.
