Oak Bay Bikes are excellent. I've been off a bike for years chasing the sun elsewhere in the world, and was itching to get back in the saddle. I Dropped in a few times to drool over the 2014 Honzo, OBB being the only Kona dealer in Nanaimo. It was just what I needed, a cheap(ish) do everything hardtail that would take my sloppy, abusive, out-of-practice riding style (this review helped sell me too! www.nsmb.com/5588-the-most-badass-of-bikes). The staff were helpful, answering any questions I had about sizing, pricing, features, etc. When it came time to throw down the plastic, they did what they could to help with the price of bike, pedals and accessories for a broke student.
I've popped into OBB a few times since making my purchase, and each time I'm greeted with a smile and great service. A few tweaks to my ride, a used tube for chainstay protection, whatever it may be, the guys and gals of Oak Bay Bikes are great!

Guys here are great, nice to have a downhill source in town. They will usually match pricing of other shops, etc.
