I brought my bike in to have a set of brakes installed. Turns out they did not fit the bike and instead of calling me to discuss it they just did nothing? Including calling me until I called them 10 days later.
Also while there I discussed what I was looking for in a new bike and was repeatedly steered to bikes that were either above my budget or outside the parameters of what I was looking for (XC Race bike). Also they are openly flaunting health regulations, they wont ever get my business. Spend your money elsewhere

Best bike store ever, they know there shit and are fast friendly and super knowledgeable they got what ever you need and if not they can order it. the most professional shop i ever been in
