 Great store. Good staff. The workshop is big, the mechanics really know their stuff and work on your bike quickly. Where they stood out for me was on the warranty stuff. I'm a big guy and a total hack, so when I bought a Trek Remedy from them I was back once a month for the entire warranty getting stuff fixed. Broken fork crowns, bottom brackets, suspension linkages, spokes, wheels, all fixed with no fuss, no insistance that "I wasn't using the bike properly" or any other rubbish like that. I recommend this store to everyone.

 Bought a lot of gear from these boys. Great mechs in the work shop and everyone in General is great to talk to. Always a pleasure to go into B.E's
