I recently had a shoe delivered (5 Five Ten), which had horrible glue problem.
Send in required documentation, and had to email again if they recieved it, and yes they did. It's now been 3 weeks since I send it and still nothing. I have followed up on the case, and still nothing!

They were the only place I could find globally that carried a particular color of a stem I was looking for... with shipping to the US and VAT, it was a bit more than I was willing to spend, but I reached out and they did everything they could to help me out. Really solid seller.
if you live in Europe this is probably the cheapest online store where you can order your bike-(parts) with no delivery cost. and a great communication when you have ordered your stuff,
