I've gotten 2 of my bikes from here, they were really helpful with setting up the bikes and making sure I was all set with them. Also have a good amount of kit and spare parts/tools for my bikes, I've never bought anything from them thats been low quality, not lasted or failed on me. Certainly more expensive than buying online but prefer buying from them to support LBS and local business. They also had some good information on future Trek releases and general riding information about the Chiltern area.
