Rarely in my 35+ years of being in business have I met a professional like Jeff at WorldWide Cyclery. He's got a ton of knowledge, is willing to go way beyond the average to dig up the details and is really fair with his pricing and shipping......always a pleasure to deal with them.

Each order has arrived and the products have been what was advertised. Their online chat has helped streamline my decision making. No tax and no shipping has saved me quite a bit. I would highly recommend them to my friends

great mail order with fast delivery. Usually have stock on hand. The best part is the ability to chat online to figure out what exactly you need for your bike or even better is when calling the shop they are willing to talk to you about what your looking for and not being snobs or rushing you. Great customer service, so far. Been shopping with them for a couple of years now and completely satisfied.

Prices are good, shipping is SLOW. I have made 2 purchases from Worldwide Cyclery, both times I ordered parts on Sunday, they were staged to ship on Monday with tracking number, but didn't actually leave the store until Thursday. They arrived on the following Monday, 7 days after staging. Probably would not buy from them again based on this.

I had the same problem. I like them but skip them when I need something fast.
