 Great business, they are really into helping out the bike community. There are a couple of hacks working in the service department, but there are some really good and knowledgeable guys too. I had to change a bottom bracket out in my cross country bike and it wasn't coming out at all. Three of the guys thought that the best decision was to step on the frame and try to flex it. That didn't work, and I definitely wasn't leaving my bike with them after that. So they told me to use a heat gun and that should expand the metal to get the bottom bracket out. That does work, but what they don't know is that excessive dry heat on aluminum will strip the paint off. Luckily I knew this, and I poured hot water on it instead, and that worked. I'm giving MSG 5 stars because of all the great and helpful people that work there, not because of the couple dumb ones.

 Great shop. Always looking to help you out, whether you are a new or old customer. Invests in the bike community on a continuous basis.
