 Ethan at Dirt Merchant Bicycles has been fantastic! He has some of the best prices and outstanding customer service. I purchased parts, suspension, and had to deal with warranty issues too. He as been "spot on" every time. I would highly recommend him if your thinking of purchasing that must have upgrade.

 Very helpful. Asked a bunch of questions and got thorough answers quickly. Helped me decide which frame to choose. Shipped quick and exactly as advertised. Very pleased with my frame purchase from them. Would buy from again.

 Don't let the size of the shop fool you! Ethan (the owner) will go out of his way to make a sale. Pricing is unheard of for a brick and mortar shop!

 Purchased a 2016 banshee spitfire from these guys. Way easy to deal with. We did everything via email. My requests and questions where answered promptly. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

 Great prices, Service. I take my MRP suspension to their factory in Grand Junction and do a lot of work on my bike myself. But otherwise, I'm very fortunate to have Ethan and Dirt Merchant for everything else.
