Been going to this shop for over 12 years. Mark the owner is the most honest guy I have ever worked with in the bike industry. Mark and his employees are always very helpful. Any item that needs to be ordered arrives within a couple days. The pricing is very honest and they always throw in little tid bits of useful information that keep you coming back. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the North County San Diego area looking for a great family owned bike shop.
We just moved to Oceanside and tried to support local business with our business. To our surprise the old guy was as rude as they come. Then when we wrote a negative comment, the owner slams us as "bogus" people and says "I asked my older guys and no one remembered us". OK Mark, so you expect your rude employees to tell you that they are rude to the customers? Based on you laughing and slamming, even verbally insulting them that have told you about their bad experience, it looks like the rudeness is a culture at Omega Bicycle Shop.
