Evolution was started by a rider/mechanic and maintains a high quality value in its staff and cycling goods. I've had the pleasure of being a customer at first, and that relationship turned in to employment. Now, I've been running Evolution for five years and its been a great experience. I have great crew and we have a lot of fun. We have freedom to run our shop the way we like and supply the products we love. Our clientele is very diverse, so that keep things fresh and new.
