First and foremost, we at Dirty Fingers are bike lovers. For each of us, at some point in our existence, bicycles touched a special place in our head and heart. Bikes sparked a lifelong addiction that will never be cured. Whether it’s riding bikes, repairing them, building them, or even just discussing them, our fascination never ends. Put simply, we like to ride bikes, we like to fix bikes, and we like beer (more on that later).

We run a repair-oriented shop. Each of us has been wrenching on bikes for years, and we take special pride in being the most experienced mechanics and bike consultants in the Gorge. Our friendly and accessible staff will fix your bike or help you fall in love with the perfect new ride. Stop by, have a seat, and watch us work. When you bring your bike for service, we’ll involve you in the process. We’ll address your questions and concerns and make sure you understand why we’re doing what we’re doing Like it says on our labor rate board, “We would rather explain the price than apologize for the quality.”

We repair bikes, but we also carry a full line of bikes, accessories, and apparel. We’re happy to share our knowledge of each with you. We only sell what we actually like and use. Hype doesn’t cut it here; our products have proven dependable and superior, and everything in the store has at least one serious fan among our staff. You can trust our recommendations. We live by them too.

Dirty Fingers is a community shop. This is a place where anyone, cyclist or not, can walk in and feel at home. Our group rides cater to riders of all abilities, and those rides are followed by vibe-free socializing at the shop. We give back to our community: We sponsor trail work days, donate to advocacy groups, and organize numerous annual silly-fun events for our customers. Yes, we’re serious about bikes, but we like to have a good time too. Come visit and join in the fun.

We have one caveat: we reserve the right to “tell it like it is.” We’re talking both cycling advice and personal advice. Why? Because we know you expect nothing less, which brings us to…… The bar.

We are one of the few bar/bicycle shops Oregon. We love quality beer as much as we love quality repair. Our taps, right in the bike service area, feature fine craft brews from around the Northwest.
