DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE!!
This guy is a misogynist. I dropped my bike off two and we agreed I would pick it up on the following Friday. I called on the Friday to ensure that his shop was open and that my bike was fixed. Rather curtly he indicated that I needed to be there that night to pick up my bike (and it was unacceptable that I not pick it up). I tell him I will be there right away. I drive across town to his shop, show up and my bike is not even fixed yet. I remain calm (after dodging traffic to get to his shop) and indicate to him that I can only pick up my bike the following Friday (as I work during the day and had taken the Friday off). He tries to get me to come on other days to pick up my bike shouting "Monday" "Tuesday" etc at me. I indicate that I cannot and that Friday is the only day I can pick it up.
I show up at his shop on the agreed Friday, and again, he has done lick all to my bike. He has another customer in the shop, and as he's trying to save face with the customer he has, he asks me to step out of the shop. I oblige. He then locks the door and tells me that I cannot have my bike until I cool down. Seriously dude? you've just wasted an inordinate amount of my time, for me to show up for your lazy self to have done no work to my bike! I tell him that I want my bike (with no repairs done) or that I will call the police. He tell me to call the police. As I'm waiting for the police to come, he continues to open the door repeatedly and make comments to me - inappropriate in nature. I then move across the street to wait in my vehicle and he crosses the street at least 4 times to tell me that his time is worth money and that I should be paying him to hold on to my bike and the work he had done (read above, he's done zero work on my bike, and now he's wasting my time as I'm waiting for the police). During his trips across the street, he makes comments to me such as "how old are you" "you don't value my time" -- the irony!!! This guy is nothing short of a scam artist and scum. I will be telling everyone I know to not go here - especially if you are female.

I've known him for a while and taken my bike to him for 2 years or so, he's a good guy, and competent and often generous, he can just be a bit prickly haha
