Called and asked for the price of a specific item, but the salesperson said he was busy with another customer and would not tell me the price. He said I should come to the store if I wanted to find out the cost. However, the reason I was calling was so I wouldn't have to make the trip to the store. Needless to say I didn't buy the item there.
These guys only get 4 stars because of one of their mechanics (Chris?) is a good wrench. The shop itself has a load of road and XC type bikes and has helped me out in the past with a few small parts but overall isn't really somewhere I tend to go shop.
