 Shop is friendly and helpful at first untill you have an issue or point out the product had been previously used. Purchased a raceface bsa 30 bottom bracket and the package had been opened. Went to install on my bike and noticed grim on the outside of one of the cups and both cups had been greased. I then checked how the bearings felt and one cup had a bit of roughness. I then return it as it had clearly been used before and they said they would get me a new one in a unopened package. I return a week later and they hand me another used bb, this time one of the spacers that rides on the bearing was missing and it was packaged in a random bag with grease all over the cups. I then pointed this out and that I didn't want another used bb. He then was being very condescending and saying they weren't used so I asked for a refund. Would not recommend.

 Great job, nice folks, smaller selection of bikes compared to WildRock, but they've got some good brands and can order just about anything on a 1-2 week timeline (or so i'm told!)

 I have purchased 2 Rocky Mountain bikes from them, talked service and parts many times. Each time I come they are helpful and friendly, and go out of their way to help you with issues I have had. Highly recommend.
