We've bought 3 mtbs there and 2 pairs of skis and the last experience I had with them (the only one since they moved) was for an entry level track bike for use at the new velodrome. Very friendly atmosphere - will help with anything, parts swaps on your new bike, whatever. The consequence of this could be that the new bike on the floor might not be quite exactly as it was out of the box, but you see what you get and they really do try to help. I enjoy dealing with them enough to give them a plug in hope that they will continue to survive. Happy trails!
